  • November 19 – Leadership and Organisational Transformation: In a highly constrained environment such as the military, it is still possible to foster a culture of respect, attentive listening, and care in order to carry out essential transformation initiatives. This approach requires strong leadership qualities and an in-depth understanding of one’s team members. How can managers be supported in developing these key skills for leading transformations?

  • December 10 – Study Day: The Hidden Facets of the Innovative Enterprise:
We will have the honor of welcoming a dozen authors and presenting innovative practices through roundtable discussions with experts.
